Acceptance of Terms

By using WellnessRev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

The Service

WellnessRev is a wellness tracking application that stores your health data locally on your device. We provide:

  • Weight tracking
  • Nutrition logging
  • Workout tracking
  • Mood tracking
  • Water intake tracking
  • Premium features: cycle tracking, hormone tracking, reminders

Your Data

All health data is stored on your device only. We do not have access to your health information. You are responsible for:

  • Backing up your device if you want to preserve your data
  • Understanding that uninstalling the app deletes your local data
  • Exporting your data before switching devices

Medical Disclaimer

WellnessRev is designed to help you track and understand your personal health and wellness patterns. This app is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.

WellnessRev IS NOT:

  • A medical device
  • A substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • A method of birth control or contraception
  • Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
  • A replacement for the care of a licensed healthcare provider

IMPORTANT: The information, predictions, and insights provided by WellnessRev are for general wellness purposes only. The accuracy of this data is not intended to match that of medical devices or scientific measurement devices.

ALWAYS consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider:

  • Before beginning any diet, exercise, or wellness program
  • Before making changes to any hormone therapy or medication regimen
  • If you have questions about a medical condition
  • If you experience any concerning symptoms

NEVER disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical attention because of information you have read or tracked in this app.

Use of WellnessRev does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other healthcare professional relationship.

HORMONE THERAPY TRACKING: The BHRT tracking features are intended solely as a personal journal and reminder tool. WellnessRev does not provide hormone dosage recommendations and is not intended to replace guidance from your healthcare provider regarding hormone therapy.

CYCLE TRACKING: Menstrual cycle predictions are estimates based on the data you provide and may not be accurate. This feature should NOT be used as a method of birth control or to facilitate conception. Consult your healthcare provider for family planning guidance.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any health decisions you make based on app data
  • Loss of local data due to device issues or app deletion
  • Inaccuracy of nutritional or health information

Our total liability is limited to $500 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of North Carolina. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by contacting us in writing.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes all local health data. You may request deletion of your cloud account data by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
