WellnessRev Privacy Policy

WellnessRev ("we," "us," or "our") operates the WellnessRev mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Data Storage Model

We use a privacy-first hybrid approach:

Local Storage (Your Device Only)

All of your health and wellness data is stored exclusively on your device and is NEVER sent to our servers. This includes:

  • Weight measurements
  • Food and nutrition logs
  • Workout records
  • Mood and energy entries
  • Water intake
  • Cycle tracking data (premium)
  • Hormone treatment logs (premium)
  • Health reminders (premium)

This data never leaves your device, cannot be accessed by us or any third party, and is deleted if you uninstall the app. It may be included in your device backups (which you control).

Cloud Storage (Our Servers)

We store minimal data on our servers to provide account functionality:

  • Email address (for account login)
  • Achievement badges you've earned
  • App preferences
  • Subscription status

What We Don't Collect

We do NOT collect, store, or have access to:

  • Your weight data
  • What you eat
  • Your workout history
  • Your mood or energy levels
  • Your menstrual cycle data
  • Your hormone treatment information
  • Any other health metrics

Why This Matters

Because your health data never leaves your device:

  • We cannot experience a data breach of your health information
  • We cannot share your health data (we don't have it)
  • We cannot sell your health data (we don't have it)
  • Law enforcement cannot subpoena health data from us (we don't have it)

Account Data

The account data we do collect (email, achievements) is used to:

  • Allow you to log in to your account
  • Display your earned achievement badges
  • Remember your app preferences

We do NOT:

  • Sell your email address
  • Share your email with advertisers
  • Send marketing emails without consent

Data Security

Cloud data (email, achievements) is stored using Supabase with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, and Row Level Security. Local data is stored using your device's built-in storage with standard device security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Export your local health data (in-app feature)
  • Delete all local health data (in-app feature)
  • Delete your account and cloud data (contact us)
  • Know what cloud data we have (just email + achievements)

Data Retention

  • Local data: Stored until you delete it or uninstall the app
  • Cloud data: Stored while your account is active

Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
